Made-to-Order Products
All Paw Print Boutique products are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on the product page, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will ship the correct product at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows the package has not been delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed (domestic) or 45 days (international), contact us for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, we can only cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the item may already be in production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at seangcook@gmail.com.
